Mathilde Carré - pianiste : Originaire de Besançon, Mathilde Carré a été formée au CNR de Clermont-Ferrand puis à L'Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris A. Cortot dans la classe de Germaine MOUNIER, avant de se perfectionner auprès de JeanMarc LUISADA .

Titulaire de Grands Prix Internationaux (Grand Prix au Concours International de Sofia 1998, Prix Spécial Chopin, Ibla grand Prize 2001 "most distinguished artist" , Mozart Award et Chopin Award, Lauréate du London International Music Competition 2001), elle a donné des concerts en Angleterre (St John Srriith Square, St Martin in the Fields, Londres, New castle, Tyne Festival), Bulgarie (Salle Bulgaria, Sofia), Corée du Sud (Festival d'Iksanl998, 1999, 2000), France (Salle Molière, Lyon), Italie et Suisse, pour la Fondation Janus.

Mars 2002 marque un tournant: elle est invitée à faire ses débuts à New York au Lincoln Center (Alice Tully Hall), puis à Tokyo, à l'Opéta-City Concert Hall. Son dernier récital parisien lors du 19ème Festival Chopin de Bagatelle fait l'unanimité du public et de la presse, et Piano Le magazine lui consacre la rubrique "les pianistes de demain" (novembre-décembre 2002).

Dès lors, les succès s'enchaînent: remarquée par la banque CIAL-CIC, Mathilde Carré réalise son premier disque consacré au thème de la musique nocturne (Nocturnes de Fauré, Chopin, Listz ... ). Ce disque est distribué par le Piano Magazine (juillet-aout 2003). En juin 2003 elle se produira au festival d'Horrues en compagnie de Cedric Tiberghien, puis au Festival aux chandelles de St Pierre sur l'Hâte.

Mathilde CARRE  (pianist) : She was first trained at the national conservatory of Clermont-Ferrand (France) where she has obtained a gold medal at the age of fifteen. Then, she became a student at the  Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot, under the supervision of Germaine Mounnier. She was successively awarded the Diplome de Concertiste in chamber music and the Diplome Superiur d'execution, with honours, for the piano. In 1998, She won the second Prize at the Sofia International Piano Competition (Bulgaria) and the Special Prize "Chopin", after winning the first Prize of International Chamber Music Competition at the 1996 U.F.A.M.,in Paris. She often gives concerts in France and abroad in Italy, Austria, Korea...and she has been invited twice at the renowned Chopin Festival of Paris...
